Dining
²ÝÝ®´«Ã½ Dining is designed to cater to a wide range of dietary needs, ensuring that all students, staff, and visitors have access to delicious and nutritious food options. The campus boasts four dining halls and 14 retail locations, providing opportunities to enjoy a variety of meals throughout the day.
One of the key features of the dining program is its community-based approach, which focuses on inclusivity. This emphasis on inclusive dining ensures that no one is left out when it comes to enjoying a meal, regardless of their specific dietary needs or lifestyle choices.
Allergy-Friendly and Avoiding Gluten Options
Another important aspect of the dining program is its commitment to food safety and accessibility. The Pure Eats stations are designed to provide meals prepared without the top nine allergens and gluten, which include peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, soy, wheat, and sesame. A Pure Eats station is available in each dining commons, as well as a dedicated dining experience at Foster Walker West Dining Hall. By offering these specialized options, the dining program ensures that all students, regardless of their dietary restrictions, can enjoy meals on campus.
There are two kosher kitchens at Allison and Elder Dining halls, that provide options at lunch and dinner. Foster Walker West is certified by the Halal Food and Nutrition Council of America (IFANCA). Additional halal options are found at all dining halls as well as retail locations in Norris University Center. Vegetarian and Vegan options are available at the Rooted stations throughout the program. Our Planet Eats station at Sargent Dining Hall focuses on local, sustainable, and plant-forward options. United Table at Elder Dining Hall serves authentic global cuisine.
²ÝÝ®´«Ã½ Dining is thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of a diverse community, providing a range of inclusive and delicious dining options for everyone. At ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½ Dining students can find meals that suit their personal needs and preferences, promoting an inclusive dining experience for all.
