²ÝÝ®´«Ã½ currently has six vendors that are pre-qualified for AV integration projects, and all six vendor agreements were recently extended through April 30, 2028. Departments and Schools are still encouraged to work directly through ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½ IT for AV projects, however when it is necessary to work outside of ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½ IT and directly with a vendor, it is recommended that the pre-qualified vendor list be utilized. Using a pre-qualified vendor does not remove any policy requirements regarding bidding projects over $25k, but utilizing a pre-qualified vendor should make things easier since the legal terms and conditions are already established.
